7. Read the story, then put the events in order.
List winter, I travelled to California with my family for a skiing holiday. I was very
excidad, during the flight, I looked through a book about California. In the book, there was a
Stabbur Bigfoot. According to legend, Bigfoot was a giant monster that lived in a forest
When we arrived at our hotel, it was very cold and there was snow everywhere. The next
moting, my brother and I wanted to go skiing in the mountains. We skied for a few hours and
then decided to take a walk in the forest
Suddenly, my brother touched me on the shoulder. "Luke, I hear a strange noise coming
from the trees," he said. I turned around slowly, and watched in terror as a strange creature
appeared from out of the trees and started moving towards us. "It's Bigfoot!" I screamed and
sarted running away.
A few seconds later, my brother shouted, "Wait, Luke! It's not Bigfoot! Look!" I turned
around and realised he was right. It was only my dad. When we arrived back at the hotel, we all
had some hot chocolate and laughed about my mistake.
