It is obvious, that most of us dont take it seriously. However this is the biggest mistake. If you want to be healthy, you just need to follow some simple ruels like these:
Firstly, l advice you to do sport exercises every morning.lt will help you to keep fit.
Secondly, you should eat fruit and vegetables. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
As far as l know, many people feel sleepy during the day. They dont have enough time to sleep so that they feel very unpleasent.
It is better to go to bed early.
To sum up, good health is above wealth.
