There are excellent roads, cheap stores, playgrounds for kids, several entertainment centers and else. Там прекрасные дороги, дешевые магазины, детские площадки, развлекательные центры и т.д.

Older people are respected and taken care of.  Пожилых людей уважают и заботятся о них.

There are no homeless animals in the city of my dreams. В городе моей мечты нет бездомных животных.

There are no traffic jams and people prefer travelling by bikes.  На дорогах нет пробок и люди предпочитают передвигаться на велосипедах. 

All people are very happy and friendly. Все люди счастливы и дружелюбны.
