But their unique attributes make nanomaterials a double-edged sword: they can be tailored to yield special benefits but also can have unknown and possibly negative impacts, such as unexpected toxicological and environmental effects. The environmental, health, and safety implications of nanotechnology are of significant concern to and a topic of serious discussion by government agencies and commissions, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), the research community, industry, insurers, the media, and the public. A host of meetings and published reports have addressed EHS issues relating to nanotechnology, some of which are discussed below. EHS research published to date has provided some data indicating the potential for risks to laboratory animals exposed to nanomaterials and has shown that much more work is needed to assess the potential risks involved. Since much of what is learned as a result of EHS research will have a direct impact on R&D and manufacturing personnel who are initially exposed to nanomaterials, occupational health and safety risks, specifically in a workplace setting, must be considered.

Family is an essential part of the society and it plays the most important role in everybody’s life. it means that the most important people in our lives are our family members. family is represented by a close unit of parents and children living together. i believe that everyone wants to have a happy family and good relations with all its members. in my opinion, a happy family should have mutual interests, hopes and dreams to share. other important issues are love, trust and respect. no family can exist without love. happiness is also impossible without love. when people love each other, they can overcome all the obstacles. unfortunately, modern couples often build their relations on some other values, such as money, social position, etc. they think that happiness will come itself and nobody has to make an effort. they are mistaken, as good family relations are impossible without mutual understanding and love. children in the family also play an important role. to keep up ideal relations with parents they should be kind to them, trusting and understanding. they should share everyday joys and sorrows with their parents. whenever, there is a difficult situation, parents are the first people to help them and find the way out. my family is not big. i live with my parents and my little sister. i think that we have ideal relations, as we never quarrel with each other. instead, we always treat each other with respect and love. if there is a problem, we talk about it and try to find the best possible solution.

Поснідавши, гнат узяв сокиру і подався на двір. займався пишний січневий ранок. золотий промінь сонця перелинув зі сходу на захід, і вершечки синіх хмар зайнялись червоним полум’ям. сонце, мов здорова червона діжа, випливало з-за краю землі та обгорталось блискучими хмарками, що спалахнули від сонячного проміння, мов солома від вогню. гнат оглянув хуру дров, що привіз учора з лісу, і заходився рубати їх. стук сокири по сухому дереву далеко котився в рожевому морозному повітрі… помивши посуду після обіду та поприбиравши в хаті, настя сіла на лаві під вікном вишивати сорочку й закинула на шию червону та чорну заполоч. біле шитво вкрило її коліна. настя взялась до роботи та ще раз глянула на хату. в хаті було чисто та гарно, як у квітничку. з білих стін дивились гарні боги, заквітчані сухим зіллям, обвішані рушниками. чепурний комин білів, аж сяяв. долівка була гладенька та жовта, як віск. веселий ранішній промінь грав на полив’яних мисках, що стояли в миснику, ушиковані, як військо.  настя любила свою веселу, теплу хату. в сій маленькій хатині зазнала вона щастя
