1.  The most popular sports in Russia are football, hockey, swimming and figure skating.
2.  There are a lot of places where people can do sport professionally.  For example in Moscow, Sochi and other big cities.  There are a lot of stadiums and swimming pools there.
3.  Football is the most popular kind of sport because both children and adults like to play it.  Many people also support the national team and local teams.
4. During PE lessons pupils exercise, run,  jump and play volleyball or football.  They also ski in winter-time.
5.  Russian sportsmen are world famous in figure skating,synchronized swimming, volley-ball, hockey, biathlon, gymnastics, etc.
6.  The Russians  are becoming more and more interested in skateboarding, curling, rafting, squash,

Hello, Ned.
Yesterday I spent all day at home because it is snowy. I saw lots of snow. I swear, all streets were covered with snow! It was so bright and...umm, warm. I'm glad tractor finally could be first on the roads because usually tractors are slow and cars try to outdrive it. But yesterday tractors were always first. Well, because of snow I couldn't do much. So I was at home and played computer games.
