I never used to worry about my health until recently. When I was a kid. I did
lots of exercise. Even in my twenties and thirties I was very fit and never ill. I have
been lucky all my life - always in the best of health. I rarely get even a cold. I
suppose time catches up with you. Now I seem to be getting lots of little aches and
pains. I should go to the doctor for a health check, but I'm too busy. The older you
get, the more you worry about your health. One good thing is that I'm eating more
healthily now than ever before I no longer have fast food and midnight snacks. I
also sleep a lot more. I've read that getting seven or eight hours sleep every night is
one of the best things you can do for your health.

Exactly at (time) my mother wakes me up and leaves for work. Then I toss and turn and pull myself up for about 15 minutes and then idly walk to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. At this time, oatmeal, which my mother has prepared for me, is waiting for me on the table. I don't really like it, but, as my mother says, you need to eat it because it is useful. Then my dad takes me to school. Friends with whom I study in the same class are waiting for me there. After such a hard day, my dad comes for me and takes me home. I'm very tired, but I still have a lot of homework to do the next day. After completing it, I go to the kitchen to eat dinner, my mother has prepared for me. Having had a delicious dinner, I rush to my mother's room to share my impressions of this day. After, I go to the bathroom to take a shower and brush my teeth. Arriving in the room, I pack my backpack with textbooks and notebooks for the next school day. After that, I turn on the garland so that the New Year mood appears, and go to bed.

После, я илу в ванную комнату принять душ и почистить зубы. Придя в комноту, я собираю рюкзак с учебниками и тетрадями, на следующий учебный день. После, я включаю герлянду, чтобы появилось новогоднее настроение, и ложусь спать.
