“I think, snow and rain destroyed the Kyzyl-Agash dam in the Almaty region. The result was one of the worst floods in the history of our country. The authorities promised to help us with the destroyed houses and pay 500 thousand tenge. I think that usually people can’t solve such serious problems without help” (Alibek, 25 years old).
