Они являются катализаторами обменных процессов и часто выполняют регуляторную функцию в организме. Витамины не вырабатываются организмом, поэтому они должны поступать с пищей или в виде витаминных препаратов. В зимнее время года из-за нехватки свежих овощей и фруктов недостаток витаминов и минеральных микро и макроэлементов ощущается особенно остро. Поэтому можно и нужно принимать различные витаминные препараты. Все витаминные препараты можно разделить на две основные группы: однокомпонентные витаминные препараты и поливитаминные препараты. Для того что бы быть здоровым нужно есть все кроме вредных для организма продуктов. Не нужно есть: чипсы, сахар, мучное, жирное, копченое, соленое, пить пиво, лимонады. Есть нужно: творог, овощи, тушеное мясо (говядина, баранина, мясо птицы) яйца, молоко, каши на воде с фруктами.

Koh Chang is a fascinating island in the south of Thailand. People call it «the pearl  of south Asia». Its tropical climate and fresh island breezes make it a perfect place for holiday-makers. Koh Chang has a beautiful landscape. The island is worth visiting especially for those who are interested in bird-watching or botany as the island is home to many rare birds  and wild flowers
There are about 300 000 people on the island. They live in small villages. A typical village consists of wooden houses, a school and a temple. People live mainly by fishing and farming. They are very friendly and hospitable. Their main food is fish, seafood and rice.
Thai language is very ancient. Although old people only speak the native language most of the younger generations are fluent in English.

The climate is surprisingly mild. So there are idea conditions for sunbathing and swimming. There are miles of unspoilt sandy beaches.  If you prefer something a little bit more exciting you can go windsurfing or parachute jumping.
