Doctor: Would you like to come in?
Patient: Thank you.(He coughed) 
Doctor: That cough sounded really very bad. How long had you had it? 
Patient: For about 2 weeks. But it was all right. 
Doctor: I thought I should listen to your chest and to your lungs. You had to take off your shirt and to breathe in deeply, that was right...and again, please, and once more, please. I was going to take your blood pressure. 
Patient: Could I put my shirt on? It was rather cold in here. 
Doctor: Oh,certainly you could. I was sorry about the cold. The central heating was broken. Did you ever take any exercise? 
Patient: Not regularly. Sometimes I did. But I hardly ever did morning exercise.
