Is it a bear?​

My brother took up karate not so long ago: he is not very GOOD at it. I'm doing a lot to keep FIT, I do athletics and spend two hours a day outdoors. Doctors say it is very good for health to keep REGULAR hours. I choose to have a HEALTHY diet of vegetables, fruit, fish and meat. They live in a BUSY town but try to spend some time in the country. I want to live in a spacious two-story house with large windows with carved platbands.
