I read in your last letter that you came down with a cold and that is a shame. I know some stuff that can ease the pain and make the illness go away quicker! I recommend drinking warm tea and eating chicken soup. I usually do that when I am sick and it helped me a lot. So I am pretty sure you should get the same results.
