The are often thick fogs here. Winter begins in November and lasts for five months. Avarage winter temperature is from -10° to -17° degrees below zero. It often snows The lowest temperatures from -20° to -30° and lower are rare. Stormy weather may occur the whole year round.
The hottest summer month is July, when the temperature is +20°and more.  Avarage summer temperature is from +10°  to +17° degrees above zero. Humidity is rather high.
