Extreme sports is basejumping,parkour,heliskiing,diving and others. Basejumping is skydiving from low heights. It is very dangerous sport! Parkour is the movement and overcoming various obstacles. Often for this sport selected tall buildings. Diving is scuba diving with special equipment. It's need to be well prepared to go diving. Heliskiing is kind of skiing. It is descent into untouched snow slopes, away from the prepared tracks.
I think, that extreme sport helps a person or relieve stress, or to get it.
I like diving becouse it's realy interesting to now more about underwater World. And I like swim and dive. Someday I'll go diving.
