cold shower. He gets dressed. After this he has a
big breakfast: five cups of tea, bread, sausages,

his teeth. After this he goes to work.
He goes to work on foot. He never goes by bus.
He works in a sports centre. At two o'clock he has
a big lunch: a salad, a bowl of soup, bread, 2 som-
sas, 14 shashliks and 3) glasses of fruit juice. Then
he works hard. He goes home at six o'clock.
He has dinner at eight o'clock. He goes to bed at
