Тут на самом деле всего лишь перефразированное предложение с if. И без перефраза оно будет таким:
I'm sure if he knows my address, he’ll write to me.
И дальше всё по маслу: тип первый - часть с if - с Present Simple, часть без if - с Future Simple.

Задание 24.

Тут лучше начинать со второго.
Во втором 6 класс - "они чем-то занимались в такое-то время". Пофиг чем занимались, тут одно и то же, главное - это классическое употребление Past Continious (везде суют)
С третьим та же история - "они что-то сделали к такому-то времени". Опять классика, только здесь - Past Perfect-а.
Со вторым и третьим всё ясно. Дальше вообще просто. В первом есть yesterday (вчера), в четвёртом - нету. И два времени - Present Simple (настоящее простое) и простое). По-моему, дальше всё ясно.

Задание №30.
How lucky we are! Nobody was injured in the car accident.
Тут предложение: как нам повезло! пострадал в аварии.
somebody (кто-то) не подходит точно - вряд ли здесь говорится о садистах (не, грамматически верно - нам повезло, кто-то пострадал в аварии, но... короче, ясно).
anybody тоже, оно используется, только если есть прямое отрицание (not) Тут видно, что такого нет.
Ну и none не бывает подлежащим (тут хоть по русской грамматике проверяй - пропущено подлежащее)
Остаётся только nobody.
