Brian was born on August 26, 1991 in New York . He spent his childhood in Springfield, New Jersey . When Dylan turned 12 years old , the family moved to Hermosa Beach, California. Father O'Brien worked as cameraman and his mother was an actress. In 2009 he graduated from high school Mira Costa High School.
In 2006, Dylan became known for his comedy videos on YouTube [ 3], which he had himself filmed and directed .
O'Brien planned to finish college and film school at the same time , but at that moment he was chosen for the role in the TV series " cub ."
