My favourite dish is pizza. I usually make it myself. First of all I go to the shops to buy a jar of tomato sauce, some mozzarella cheese, some ham and a tin of pitted olives. Then I make dough. In a large bowl I mix some flour, a little salt and sugar and fast rise yeast. In another bowl I mix water and olive oil and add this mixture to the dry ingredients. After that I knead the dough for about 5 minutes,cover it and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.

When the dough is ready, I put the dough onto a greased baking tray and pat the dough into a flat circle. Then I make the topping: spread some tomato sauce, put slices of ham and halves of olives onto it and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning (a blend of ground herbs).

I bake my pizza for about 20 minutes.
