a. Edward and Allison are a married couple from the U.S. It has been eight years since the wedding date. They are very energetic, positive, and a couple who love each other. However, they do not have offspring. Therefore, it is easy for them to do anything they want, live anywhere they want and travel.
b. One day, the couple decided to go on a sailing trip for one and half weeks. The sailing trip was perfect; they swam, prepared and ate food, played, and even learned how to sail a boat, thanks to the boat driver who shared stories of his sailing adventures with them, and showed them how to sail. The boat driver’s stories were so exciting that after returning home, Edward and Allison talked and made plans for a new life and live on a boat of their own.
c. Edward took action and participated in different classes, training, and courses to be ready for different situations. Meanwhile, Allison prepared other things, like food for the first half-year, clothes, books, maps. It took them a year to prepare themselves for this challenge.
d. Finally, they moved onto a boat and organized their new house on the water, and here, they started a sailing trip that would last for a couple of years. Their boat was even set up with solar and wind power, providing them with electricity. Also, they had everything needed for comfort, like several freezers, a washing machine, and storage space for food.
The first month was a little hard for them to get used to their new life and location, but soon they loved it. It has already been three years since they started living on a boat, and they are planning to stay for another two.​
