To keep contact with friends over the years is hard. My advise would be to email each other all the time. Talk about your day and more! A good solution would also to make regular phone calls! That way you can tell them everything! Also, try to visit your friends in your free time. Maybe once a month, maybe once a year. You should also maybe try out writing letters. Writing is very theraputic! Most importnaly, never forget your friends!
