It was my 11th birthday on September, 29. My friends and I had a Treasure
Hunt in the park in front of my house. There were six of us and we were
pirates for the day. It was great fun! We went up and down the park to find
all our party food! The sandwiches were behind the tree and the drinks were
in a box opposite the table! And where was my birthday cake? It was on a
chair, under a big hat! All my friends found a present each, then we sat down
to eat. It was a great day!

Dear Mum and Dad,

It's only our second day in London but I have a feeling that I left home ages ago. I still can't believe that my dream came true and now I'm here.

Yesterday our group went to Trafalgar Square and we visited the National Gallery. Then we went to the Houses of Parliament and I saw Big Ben! Next we walked across the Thames over Westminster Bridge and after queuing for half an hour we had a ride on the London Eye. Can you believe it?

Today we went to watch the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and had lunch in St. James's Park. After lunch we took a bus to get to the Tower. I already feel mind-blown and I have so much more to see!

I leave it here because I need to go to bed early: tomorrow early in the morning we're going to Wiltshire to see Stonehenge.

I can't wait to tell you everything in detail and show all my pictures!

The 21st century is the period of global urbanization. I enjoy the feel of living in big city with different cultures and international environment. While cost of parking can be expensive in the city,t raveling from one location to another can be very convenient because of the good public transport commuter. Living in the city provides food delivery anytime. I do like cities because there's always something going on. Every time you can find outdoor activities depends on your mood. You can visit museum, have a cup of coffee in the old town,walk by foot in the city center. Living in a city allows the opportunity to get care anytime. A lot of medical centers are open daily. I have no idea why people don't want to live in big cities.
