Do - используется для таких местоимений как:I, we, you
Does - используется для : she, he, it
А теперь сам процесс составления вопроса, возьмем обычное предложение например, She lives in London
Вопрос к этому предложению будет таким: Does she live in London?
или же Where does she live?
