Now there is a modern shopping center on the place that my school used to be and all the children whose went there have grown up and moved away. The local cinema, that was built several years ago, used to be a dance hall which big bands played. The park, where was my favourite place as a child, is now a car park. Some things are still the same though. Mrs Jones, whom is now seventy years old, still lives in the High Street and Mr Jones still owns the baker’s shop, that two sons now work instead of him. The hospital where I was born in is still standing, although it is now much bigger than it was at the time which I was born. On the day which my family and I left our town we were all very sad

dear william,how are you? i am in the capital of england — in  london. my parents and i always dreamt about seeing this nice city.

there are a lot of beautiful old buildings. we have alredy seen westminster abbey, big ben (now it called elizabeth’s tower), the houses of parliament, buckingham palace, st. paul’s cathedral, london bridge, the tower of london and the waxworks madame tussaunds museum. there are the models of famous people from pop stars to prime ministers made from wax in this museum. they look like real. it’s so interesting.

my parents and i are walking on trafalgar square now. there is nelson’s column in its centre which is guarded by four lion statues at its base. by the way, i sent you this postcard with a picture of trafalgar square.

the weather is not fine today, it’s foggy and rainy. but it doesn’t spoil our walking. we took much photos. next week we will be at home and i’ll show you them.

When choosing a future career we should consider different factors. in my opinion, money isnt one of the most importaint factors when you make a choice. I think that our future is in our hands. And I want to connect my life with something useful and important for people. Thats why I want to be a surgeon because these people can help others. But this profession isn't good for people who are afraid of blood, also this is very fearfully when somebody dies on your operation table. But it's great when people can alive. And surgeons are very valuable in foreign countries. That's why I like to study English and biology too.
