Canada features black-blue lakes, numerous rivers, majestic western mountains, rolling central plains, and forested eastern valleys. The Canadian Shield, a hilly region of lakes and swamps, stretches across northern Canada and has some of the oldest rocks on Earth.
Climate:
The climate around Vancouver, on Canada’s west coast, is rainy and temperate. It rarely snows except in the mountains. High temperatures in summer are around 72°F and in winter around 45°F. It rains in Vancouver almost half the days in winter but much the summer has more sunshine
