Can you think of a school without classrooms? In the Vittra Telefonplan School in Sweden, you can! This
school is one big open space full of bright colours and
different areas. One area is for study, another for doing
experiments, a third for relaxation. When students work
in a group, they gather around a large table to use a
computer. When they work by themselves, they can use
their laptops wherever they are. Why laptops? Because in
this school, students do everything electronically!​

Thanks for your letter. How are you ? I'm fine. I'm going to tell you about my dream that seems soon to become true. I am going to visit Australia! You know this is a very beautiful country! And I'd really like to visit the capital of Australia, Canberra and, of course, its cultural capital and the largest city  Sidney. Since my childhood I was fascinated by Australia, and I studied its culture and read much about its cities and amazing nature. And at last, I have a happy opportunity to visit this country next month! I'm really looking forward to this moment, and I'm going to take a lot of pictures there! Have you been to Australia? Австралия — самый маленький и самый засушливый континент планеты, а также и самый плоский из всех известных в мире. Окружающие моря и океаны слабо влияют на климат внутренних районов, поэтому осадков там выпадает мало.

Около половины территории страны занимают пустыни и полупустыни. Но вдоль северо-восточного побережья, где чаще идут дожди, растут влажные тропические леса. По мере продвижения в глубь материка их сменяют светлые эвкалиптовые леса. Здесь растет несколько видов эвкалиптов. Листья и кора этих деревьев богаты эфирными маслами, которые широко применяются в медицине и технике.
