Our «cons»: inertia (because of the inconvenient location of the fast: at 1 station in 10-15 cars, for a long time to respond to the «call» and come on time) lack of appropriate equipment (mainly can help only in a hospital); human resources (specialists enough and their quality is not always corresponds to the desired) is extremely insufficient funding.
