   Если честно, вообще не вижу поводов для употребления Present Perfect Continuous. То есть, их совсем нет. Перед нами три простых предложения в  Present Perfect. Может быть, я бы допустила употребление этого времени во втором предложении. Но это крайне сомнительно! Нет никаких указателей на длительность, кроме того, что мама могла покупать эти растения на протяжении всей недели. Я бы, однако не стала это подчёркивать.

   Склоняюсь к мысли, что задание сформулировано неккоректно.
