Walking around Saratov, you can see ancient temples, profitable and manor houses of the XVIII-XIX centuries, historical factories, a mill, and even a ceremonial Palace building-the Governor's house. An architectural masterpiece in the art Nouveau style — the covered market-a building that is not typical for Russian regional centers.
