The Plural of Nouns (Множественное число существительных)

Watches, benches, rivers, oceans, coats, mice, geese, sticks, information, scarves, trousers, luggage, deer, mother-in-laws, puppies, glasses, ladies, shelves, swine.

 

The Article (Артикль)

1. We have a big dog. The dog is very clever.

5. This is a tree and that is not a tree. It's a bush.

Comparison of Adjectives (Степени сравнения прилагательных)

later – the latest, busier – the busiest, more important – the most important, better – the best, younger  the youngest, farther, further – the farthest, the furthest, longer – the longest, nicer – the nicest, politer – the politest, narrower – the narrowest, easier – the easiest, worse – the worst.

 

Being a farmer is very important. Farmers usually live in the countryside on a farm. They grow different varieties of fruit and vegetables. They also grow weet and everything that can be found in the fields. Farmers normally have a lot of farm animals such as: cows, sheep, horses, pigs and so on. They also do other work. Farmers plant seeds, milk cows, feed hens, drive tractors and make scarecrows to scare birds away from the seeds. Although farmers often work without weekends, they have an interesting and important job.
