We live in a polluted world, that is why more and more people are concerned about their health and that is why more and more of them start going in for sport.

Sport plays an important role in people's life. It is popular among the young and the old. Many people do morning exercises, go jogging and go to the gym. Others prefer watching sports games on TV and listening to sports news rather than going in for sport. Physical Education is an important subject in Russian schools now. Pupils have physical training twice a week. Boys and girls play volleyball and basketball during the lessons. School teachers turn pupils' training into enjoyment, not obligation. A lot of different competitions are held at school and many pupils take part in them. All participants try to get good results and win.

Спорт играет важную роль в жизни людей. Он популярен среди молодых и старых. Многие люди делают утреннюю зарядку, бегать и ходить в спортзал. Другие предпочитают смотреть спортивные матчи по телевизору и слушать Новости спорта, чем занятия спортом. Физическое воспитание является важной темой в российских школах сейчас. Ученики имеют физические тренировки два раза в неделю. Мальчики и девочки играют в волейбол и баскетбол, в ходе занятий. Школьные учителя очередь учащихся, обучение в удовольствие, а не обязанность. Много различных конкурсов, в школе проходят и многие ученики принимают в них участие. Все участники пытаются добиться хороших результатов и выиграть.

My best friend is a very nice boy. His name is Mark. He is very funny, he knows many jokes and like to scare other people. Every time he makes people laugh. But usually he can be very curious, so he can do many bad things. We've met in the plane. We flew in Florida together. I liked him so much there, so we became best friends. We spend time together usually in cinema, or in the park, where we eat ice cream and laugh together. Sometimes we meet at his home, where we play computer games together or play football. So yes, I have much fun with him!
