Healthy habits - it's important in Human life. Why? Because if you have healthy habits in your life you are feeling so easy, fresh and active. It's better than bad habits. You will live longer, look younger. I know a lot of healthy habits. These are: drink a lot of water, do not eat fast food, doing sports, eat fruit and vegetables, meditation, do a lot of activity, read books, do not drink alcohol and smoke.

I have healthy habits in my life. I run in the morning, eat healthy food, ride a bike, doing sports, I walk in my free time in the fresh air, sleep early. But i have bad habits, too. I watch my phone too much, sometimes i sleep later than usually, i eat fast food but this happens very rarely, I don't always do my exercises in the morning. I do everything to remove bad habits from my life, and I'm not bad at it.
