Nowdays the problem of stress is very common. People are nervous at school, at the institute, at work, at home. Teenagers are often exposed to stress in school. This can happen because of teachers, because of difficult exercise or because of classmates. This inevitably leads to stress. 
Constant stress is dangerous. Our physical and mental health suffers. We must deal with stress. It is important to keep calm even in the most difficult situation. One of the best ways to fight stress is recreate the situation with humor. Laughter is the best medicine and it is free! Another way is to do favorite things. For example, draw, do sports or watch your favorite movie.
