Sometimes you may think that the city life is better than village life. However there are many advantages and disadvantages in city life andthere are many advantages and disadvantages in city life and village life.

Actually the city life is more comfortable. Besides, thereare more opportunities for people to progress in their lives. People havemore opportunities for making money in the city. Children living in thecity can get good education, because they are studying at better schools inthe towns than in the villages. When a person falls ill there are goodgovernment and private hospital in the city to get treatment. There arelarge shopping centers, banks, offices, cinemas, hostels, clubs, hospitalsetc. in and around the city. People in the city have better transportfacilities than in the village. There is electricity, highway, andtelecommunication in the city. So people can lead a comfortable andenjoyable life in the city.

Although living in the city has many advantagesthere are some disadvantages too. The cost of living is very high in thecity. Most goods are very expensive. There is no fresh air and pure water. The environment is polluted with dust, smoke, and garbage. There are lots of crimes in the city. Many thefts and murders often take place in the city. The city is always busy and noisy. The streets are dusty and unclean. So it is hard to lead a healthy life in the city.

As well as there are somany advantages in the village life. Mainly the people of the village livein peace. The villagers earn money very hard, but they earn enough money for their life. They have more friends in the community as it is small. Thesmall. The village people always try to protect their traditions and culture. The village has clean air and beautiful nature. The village has less noise andrush. So the pollution is less. The village doesn’t have a plenty of vehicles. So the roads are less dangerous for driving and cycling. They can get fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. The village has not only good points, but also there are some bad points about it. Villager’s children go to the village’s school. They do not go to the city’s school. They have difficulties to keep up with new developments in their field or profession. Village people have to face many difficulties for their lives. They have togo to the city to supply their needs. Although the life in the city ismore comfortable than in the village, I like village life more.
