It was Halloween, and my friends and I gathered at my place. We decided to tell horror stories. Vanessa started with the first story, Peter was the next, and then the others went on. When it came to my turn, a nasty storm began. Suddenly, the lights went out. It frightened me and confused my friends as we couldn't see anything and we didn't know what was going on. Peter stroke a match and we noticed that Jenny wasn't there. Then we heard someone laughing in the kitchen and the lights came back on! Jenny came back into the room and told us that we were scared like little children. "No need to be worried. This isn't a haunted house, it was just a powerful cut!" she smiled. We all felt very silly.

Решение второго задания нужно немного подкоректировать - поменять some на any, так как это отрицательные предложения.

Теперь подходим к четвёртому заданию, в котором нужно сделать предложения из второго задания вопросительными и написать краткие вопросы.
РЕШЕНИЕ2) - Are there any cheap cafes?
- Yes, there are.
3) - Is there a nice pizzeria?
- Yes, there is
4) - Are there any fast food restaurants?
- Yes, there are
5) - Are there any Chinese restaurants?
- No, there aren't
6) - Is there a big burger bar?
- No, there isn't
7) - Is there a vegererian restaurant?
- Yes, there is
8) - Are there any French restaurants?
- No, there aren't
Как делается такое задание?Нужно немного изменить порядок слов и получится вопрос :)
Пример:
There are some French restaurants
Are there any French restaurants?
Ставим на первое место глагол - are/is, далее - there; изменяем, если есть, some на any и переписываем оставшиеся слова. Всё просто :)
Далее нужно ответить, причём кратко.
Для этого берём yes, если ответ - да, или no, если ответ - нет. После этого - there и глагол are/is.
Если ответ - нет, но глагол пишется с отрицательной частицей not. Можно сократить - вместо are not/is not лучше написать aren't/isn't
Yes, there is/are ||| No, there isn't/aren't
