From Russian skaters I like most about Irina Slutskaya. For me it is the most worthy Russian figure skater. She is very persistent, clever, brave woman. 1. Past Simple.
Это вопрос о событии, а значит будем использовать вс глагол did (тот же do/does, но в используется "did") + обычный глагол. На время указывает обстоятельство - last week (на неделе)
2. Present Simple.
Мальчик ест пасту дважды в неделю, это своего рода расписание, но без точного укзания даты или времени - оно не имеет значения. Действие повторяется, а значит используется конструкция -- простой глагол (если число 3 лица - he, she, it - добавляем -s на конце, как и в нашем случае he eats).
3. Снова Past Simple.
Но теперь это не вопросительное предожение, как было в первом номере. На время указывает обстоятельство - yesterday (вчера). Используем глагол have, но в его второй форме (можно посмотреть в таблице неправильных глаголов). Значит, вместо have - его форма уже без вс глагола did, потому что это не вопросительное предожение.
4. Present Continuous.
Мама совершает это действие в данный момент. Видимо, у вас там допущена ошибка и в конце должно быть "now" вместо "noe". А обстоятельство времени "now" указывает на то, что действие происходит сейчас, в данный момент. А для этого используется конструкция -- is/are (в зависимости от числа подлежащего) и глагол + ing (окончание)
