Now Greta is called an "icon" by many, and leading publications add her to the list of the most influential people in the world.
In September this year, Thunberg addressed the UN General Assembly and was again in the spotlight: a 16-year-old girl made an emotional speech in which she accused world leaders of insufficient fight against climate change.
