Простое неопределенное время (Past Simple) образует отрицательную форму при вс глагола did и частицы not (didn`t)+ инфинитив без частицы to(иными словами глагол в 1ой форме)
Вопросительное предложение строится при этого же вс глагола did,который ставится в начале предложения и инфинитива без частицы to.
