As George Bernand Shaw said it's about discovering what we're capable of and learning from our challenges in life to evolve into the person we inspire to be. The first thing you should do is to decide what you want out of life. Try new things and if you found something that you liked take it up.
Why is it important to create yourself?
By knowing and being yourself, you are better able to acknowledge things that you do not know well enough. You won't be too proud to ask questions because you - and, hopefully, everyone you work with - know how genuine you are. People will respect your ability and even eagerness to pick their brains.
In order to create myself i do a large quantity of things. The first thing i do is think about the experiences that make me happy and repeat them. By repeating the above, i gradually become satisfied of my life. Secondly i don't worry about what others are going to think. These years people overthink before they do something, especially in a public place. Afraid of making cringe consequences. Thirdly i forget the past. The more i think about the past, the worse i am. Briefly there are tens of things i do.
This may sound ridiculous to someone, my phone helps me to become a person i want to be for the reason that it has got lots of functions. I can easily find essential information i want to know. I can communicate with friends and exchange information. Watch movies and ect.
Moreover, having close friend helps me to become a person i proud of. Each day i see him with a smile cuz we have lots of things we talk about. We help out each other and gradually achieve our goals. It's who encourages me to create myself better.
