I have a lot of toys: dolls, rabbit, tiger, crocodile, elephant, clockwork machines. But most of all I love the bear. Gave it to me for my birthday Uncle Tolia, when I was five years old. У медвежонка темно-коричневая плюшевая шерстка, а симпатичная мордочка всегда выражает удивление. Толя смотрит на мир круглыми глазами-бусинками, в которых там много любви и добродушия. Красный язычок чуть-чуть высунут изо рта, как будто просит меда или другого лакомства. 
      Когда я была маленькой, то любила прятать нос в теплую шубку медвежонка. Да и сейчас, хотя я уже выросла, я часто беру Толю на руки, прижимаюсь к нему щекой, иногда так и засыпаю, вместе с ним. И еще я люблю делать уроки, когда рядом сидит Толя, он словно мне лучше думать. А если мой брат небрежно бросит мишку, Толя рявкает, выражая свое недовольство. Но это бывает редко, потому что не только я, но и все у нас в доме очень любят пушистого маленького друга. 

Tuna and shrimps mousse

Ingredients: 1 canned tuna in oil, soft cream cheese, 1 small onion, dill, shrimps for decoration, dill and parsley for decoration, boiled eggs for serving

How to make tuna and shrimps mousse?
Pour off liquid from the can and mash the tuna with fork. Put tuna, soft cream cheese, chopped dill and diced onion in a cup. Mix well.
Spread mousse on top of egg halfs without yolks. Decorate with parsley or dill leaflet and shrimp.
This mousse can be used for making vol-au-vent, eggs, sandwiches.
