мир? я думаю это еще с какой проблемы подойти.  если мир от "морального разложения" - то боюсь мы уже не большинство людей распущены, лицемерны и лживы. если мир от экологических проблем, то тут проще. закрываем большинство ненужных, загрязняющих предприятий. делаем субботники  прививаем людям, что мусор нельзя бросать где попала и вуаля может через лет 10-20 все наладиться. ах да нельзя упускать из виду то, что нужно запретить вырубку лесов, орошение водоемов, уничтожение животных, запрет на различные терроры и войны.
