The birthplace of the great Russian poet Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin - the ancient village of Konstantinovo is freely spread among the Ryazan fields and forests, in the center of Russia, on the high right bank of the Oka. From here, an immense expanse of flood meadows opens, visible at the horizon of the forest Meshchory. These places are the cradle of Yesenin's poetry.

Not far from Ryazan, on the high bank of the Oka River, from which views of the floodplain meadows and the Meshchera woodlands open, stands the village of Konstantinovo. This is the birthplace of Sergei Yesenin. Here he was born, grew up, studied, then came here to visit his relatives.

In 1965, on the 70th anniversary of the poet, a museum was opened in the house of his parents.

I love Konstantinovo. It is cozy and easy, and the views of the Oka are just magic itself. In March of this year, I managed to visit here again.
