I have good habits, too. I try to exercise every morning to be healthy.Every morning I read books and take a contrast shower. Once a week, my parents and I go out to nature to relax and have a good time.In the winter, my dad and I go to the ice hole to harden up. But I also have bad habits. I like to watch TV when it's time to go to bed. Sometimes I'm lazy and don't wash dishes. I am against bad habits! You need to add to the list of useful habits and be healthy!
