Nowadays we can't imagine our life without education. It's very important part of our lives. The phenomenon of uneducated people is something strange in this modern world. First of all, good education is your ticket to success. Also smart and educated people are more interesting interlocutors, so they have more friends and сommunications. 
But what about personal qualities? 
During the process of education man faces with lots of various complications that improve our individuality. It teaches us to be patient, plodding, to go through all the difficulties and achieve results by dint of hard work. One more important quality that we get through studying is co-working. This is one of the most useful skills that we can get from educating. Sometimes it can be really hard, because of one's temper, but when you get used to it, it will help you till the end of your life. 
In conclusion I can say that education helps us in many ways, but one of the main its qualities is that it helps us to become ready for real life personalities.
