As for children, cartoons are films for young children. Almost every child in the world today watches cartoons. They are designed to capture children’s attention and amuse them. While many people disagree with children watching too much TV, my view is that cartoons are nice and useful for young people.

Firstly, cartoons are good, because they're funny and make children to think about important things. Cartoons offer a great way to do it. Watching something amazing and entertaining is a great escape from everyday difficulties.

Secondly, everyone needs to relax . For example, when child comes home from school, he wants a break from their studies before they do his homework. it may not look like they are doing anything when watching cartoons, children are actually relaxing and they will work better.

But cartoons are a harmless and cruel. If child watched TV too much, they will ill, tired and defiant. Also, Too much TV might make new problems, such as wasting time.

In general, watching cartoons is great, but people should know the measure.
