• salt, black pepper
• fresh cream or lemon juice

1. Wash the cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes.
2. Then peel the carrots and cucumbers.
3. Cut vegetables to thin slices.
4. Mix together vegetables, leafs of green salat and olives in a large bowl.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Add a spoon of fresh cream or lemon juice.
7. Mix the salad.
8. Then decorate the salad with chopped parsley and dill.
9. Serve the salad.
