Cuisine is a characteristic style of cooking practices and traditions often associated with a specific culture. A cuisine is mostly influenced by ingredients which are available locally. Albanian cuisine is highly influenced by Greek, Turkish and Italian cooking. Albanian cuisines is characterized by the use of Mediterranean herbs such as oregano, black mint, basil and more in cooking meat and fish. Meat is used heavily in most dishes of the country. Seafood specialities are also common in coastal cities. Vegetables are used in almost all dishes.

As we know the weather depends on the season and the climate of the country.

When winter comes, the weather is cold, windy and snowy. Lakes and rivers are frozen and the roads are covered with ice. In spring nature awakens from her long winter sleep. The trees are filled with new life, the earth is warmed by the rays of the sun, and the weather gets milder. The sky is blue and cloudless. Summer is the hottest season in the year.
