Then we had boiled eggs, fried meat with mashed potatoes and we drank tomato juice. The portions were small, we never eat too much before going to bed. But this time we were offered a special dessert, - my mom had cooked an apple tart, so none of us could refuse such a seductive treat.
So, it was a wonderful supper on a quiet evening, I was sitting next to my sister drinking tea, biting small pieces of the tart and talking to my family members. We were talking about our daily routines, remembering all the interesting events that had happened during the day. Then, when we finished eating and talking I helped my mom to get the dishes done. After that I went to bed, I was happy, relaxed and in a good humor, so I fell asleep very quickly.
