Present Simple or Present Continuous? Past Simple? Present Perfect?

I want to tell to my sister(может здесь I want to talk with my sister,я не уверена).Her name is Olya.Her birthday in 20 April.Her family is consist of four people(man-это мужчина)her mum,dad,brother and she.They are very friendly family.Her mum is a housewife,dad is a taxi driver,brother is a builder.Olya is clever and a good girl.Her eyes are blue,hair is straight and she have a light skin.Olya loves music.She plays on the violin.She loves a meedlework and reads a detective.We are share the secrets ,walk in the park together and trust each other.So I love and respect her. In each school, it exists, but actually not so many variations.
Our school uniform consists of a sundress and blouses, you wear a jacket.
In my opinion, school uniforms should be pleasant to the disciples and be comfortable.
But our form is not pleasant to me, also I don't see it as convenient.
I agree with the opinion that many parents cannot buy fashionable clothes for children to go to school. And uniforms would help get rid of inequality.
And I'd wear a school uniform, if it would be more elegant and different.
I would have described it this way: skirt comfortable cutting, blouse and jacket different colors is probably interesting jacket with the school logo.
It would be great winter wear pants and not морозится in a sundress.
