Essay 1: Some people think we should spend as much money as possible exploring outer space (traveling to the moon and other planets). Other people disagree and think we should spend it for our basic needs on Earth. Which of these two options do you agree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Characteristic features of the economies of the traditional types: 1)Weak development of equipment and production technologies; 2)Large proportion of manual labor in all sectors of the economy; 3) a Minor role in the traditional economy of enterprise, including small and constant when increasing the scale of operations of large units; 4)the Predominance in all aspects of social life traditions and customs. The market economy is characterized by private ownership of resources and use of markets and prices to coordinate economic activity and management. What, how and for whom to produce determines the market through the mechanism of supply and demand. In a capitalist system, material resources are privately owned. The right to enter into binding legal contracts, enables individuals at its discretion to dispose of its material resources.
