We live in a big world and the only people who can help us feel secure in this world is our family.
My family is small, but very friendly. There are four of us — my mother, my father, my younger brother and I. I am also happy to have four grandparents, uncles and aunts and cousins, but they do not live with us, though they often come to visit us. My mother is the dearest person to me. She is beautiful, kind and caring, I love her very much. Mum always knows everything, she always helps, cares about us when we are ill. She makes delicious food, keeps our home tidy and washes our clothes. My dad, my brother and I try to help her in everything. My dad is a very busy man, he works a lot, so we spend more time with mum. However, at weekends, dad always arranges something special for all of us - we go to the circus, to the cinema, to the skating rink or to the park. In the summer we go to the seaside. My brother is a schoolboy, he is in the fifth grade. I love him very much, although sometimes we quarrel with him. I also love my other relatives, especially my grandfather, but my mother, father and brother are closer to me. When I grow up, I will have my own family, that I will love and appreciate, but even then I will not abandon my parents and my younger brother.
I think that having a family is the most important thing in our life. After all, there is nothing worse than loneliness, when no one loves you, or you love no one. It is sad when there is no one to share grief with or no one to ask for help. Every person should always take care of his or her family.
