My sister's bed-room is not large. There are few things .in.. it: a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and an easy chair.

Don't use word which can offend others. People in civilized countries permissibly to use the words showing physically disabled people. That is why it is important to avoid language and behavior that may hurt such people. Language and behavior which shows respect for people, call "political correctness".
